A Fairness Hearing has been set for August 7, 2020 at 2:30 p.m., before The Honorable Amy Totenberg at the Richard B. Russell Federal Building and United States Courthouse, 75 Ted Turner Drive, SW, Atlanta, GA 30303-3309. At the hearing, the Court will hear any comments, objections, and arguments concerning the fairness of the proposed Settlement, including the amount requested by Class Counsel for attorneys’ fees and expenses and the incentive award to Plaintiff as the Class Representative. You do not need to attend this hearing. You also do not need to attend to have an objection considered by the Court.
